Christopher Columbus Day - 8th February 2018

Year 1 and 2 sailed off to the New World yesterday - not before they made telescopes, maps and ship's biscuits!

Whilst on board, they scrubbed the decks, kept lookout, climbed the rigging and carefully steered the ship. Hopefully, no one walked the plank...

They had a well-earned rest later and tasted exotic food from strange lands - phew!
