  • Thank you for the Harvest

On 14th October we celebrated Harvest with a wonderful service at school based around gratitude. The hall was overflowing with pupils and their families, united as a school family, and together we enjoyed a joyful celebration of God’s goodness to all.

Every pupil, from Foundation to Year 6 contributed to the service, driving the message of gratitude, generosity, and compassion into charitable action. They confidently articulated ‘thankfulness for the farmers’, the need for sustainable use of the land, concerns over the precarious shortage of water and the drought of 2026. Together they expressed praise and thanksgiving, through singing, making music and reciting poetry.

We would like to say a big thank you for your generosity. The Harvest table was stacked with food donations which Miss Lewis distributed between the Shekinah Mission and Foodbank. They were so grateful for the contributions.
