Autumn Term 2025

 

 

Our exciting curriculum theme for this term is' PEOPLE ON THE MOVE'. This theme will focus on the Anglo-Saxons and the Vikings. We aim to bring this theme alive for the children by creating some stimulating 'hands on' experiences for them. We will have Anglo-Saxon and Viking themed days in school where the children will be able to wear costumes and take part in some cookery, feasting and much more! So much to look forward to!

Wildwood, Escot

Spread across 40 acres of gardens and woodland in the heart of Devon, Wildwood is home to a fascinating array of British wildlife. From brown bears and wolves to arctic foxes and red squirrels, our park offers a unique opportunity to explore and discover.

Animals

Bears, wolves, arctic foxes, wild boar, lynx, wildcat, owls, and reptiles are among some of the many animals you will have the chance to spot. 

Authentic Saxon village

Step back in time and explore the carefully reconstructed Saxon Village, offering a glimpse into the past and engaging activities.
