• Bronze Award Presentation

  Ryan Evans (Dr Bike) came to St. Andrew's this morning to present us with the School Mark Bronze Award for Excellence in Sustainable Travel. Ryan will continue to visit the school throughout the year and we will work towards achieving the next level. It is great to see so many children and families walking, riding and 'scooting' to school!

  It is lovely to see everyone again looking so refreshed after the long summer holidays. We are all looking forward to the term ahead. Work on the new Infant toilet block is well under way and will be a huge improvement to our school.

  

• Shackleton Event

  As you may remember, the children produced some fantastic work last term to help celebrate the centenary anniversary of Ernest Shackleton's voyage in his ship 'Endurance'. This work has been displayed in the Duke of Cornwall Hotel over the summer and has been admired by many people.
