  We had a scrumptious Christmas lunch today with festive music and Christmas crackers. The children looked fabulous in their Christmas hats.Thank you to all the kitchen and lunchtime staff who have worked so hard to make this day so special.

  Our Christmas production this year celebrates the 100th anniversary of the birth of Roald Dahl. The children have been rehearsing all week and looking forward to performing on stage. Thank you to all the parents who have helped with costumes and props. We hope you enjoy the show!

  Congratulations to Miss Wilson and her family on the arrival of twins, Elijah and Emilia. The staff have all had a lovely cuddle with them in the staffroom today! 

  

• St. Andrew's School Choir

  Our school choir has been very much in demand this Christmas. They have performed for the residents of Wesley Court, at the Co-op at Hoegate Street and at the Lord Mayor's Carol Service at St. Andrew's Church. They sang beautifully and received lots of compliments!

  A big thank you to Mrs Durbin and Mrs Eggar for rehearsing with the children at lunchtimes.
