  Year 1 and 2 sailed off to the New World yesterday - not before they made telescopes, maps and ship's biscuits!

  Whilst on board, they scrubbed the decks, kept lookout, climbed the rigging and carefully steered the ship. Hopefully, no one walked the plank...

  They had a well-earned rest later and tasted exotic food from strange lands - phew!

• Dr Bike Day

  We were lucky enough to have another visit from Dr. Bike this week. The children were invited to bring their bikes to school for a general check-up or small repair. Dr. Bike spent the whole day making sure our bicycles are safe to use. Thank you so much!
